Linking into this System

This system is pretty easy for clients: they login, they book, they go to their Personal Appointment Center. But businesses have a lot more to consider when setting up their appointment book or homepage or when linking into the system from their own website.

So why can't I download the software and do my own install?
Because this system is a little bit more complex than just running a simple php install. Most people don't have control of their server and if they can't control their server settings then the system (as well as their server) will remain vulnerable to attack. Server mods and backend compatibility and security are extremely important, especially when it comes to protecting the client database information.
So to protect the integrity and quality of this product we do not distribute it as free software.

If you intend to provide online appointment booking through your website then make sure that you understand the difference between an online appointment request form and an online appointment system.
The former is not going to create business efficiency. In fact it will end up costing you more precious time because you will have to track that person down to confirm their appointment (read more about appointment request forms).
In order to provide true online booking and one that creates business efficiency both the business and the client must be able to view the same appointment interface. And the only way to do this is to have a secure online appointment book.
So before you inadvertently make more work for yourself, think through the process and the extra work that an appointment request form will actually generate.
An online appointment book is the only method that will provide a true online booking experience and create business efficiency.
