We had a live chat page at one time and were not getting a big turn out because it was a fairly hefty load for dial up connections. So we replaced it with one that is much smaller and simpler to use.
We use it for website assistance and administrative purposes for BBU and this forum.
Drop in and say hello anytime if you see we are online.
