Some free do-it-yourself web hosts do not permit FTP access to their server, which means that you cannot upload the necessary frameset files to provide online booking from that site.
Our only suggestion is that you change to a host that does allow FTP or use the home page package here. There is nothing wrong with using a BBU home page for your appointment system and having more than one web site for your business.
