Access to the appointment area is restricted to members only. Entries display the word Booked to everyone but the owner. Only the
business will see each client's last name and have access to their appointment details. Owners can also restrict booking eligibility
by city, state, time zone, gender or to known clients.
The business can set any number of columns in their appointment book and then title each column. Time segments down the left side can be
15, 20, 30 or 60 minute intervals. The hours of operation, up to 23:45 hours per day, can be set for each day of the week and then
customized for any day of the year.
Each open time slot takes the member to a page for selecting a service. Once booked that amount of service time and space will
be reserved in the appointment book.
The owner can click on each name and view the details, cancel the appointment, contact the client, terminate a client or return to the
appointment book. Clients can view the appointment details from their
own Personal
Appointment Center.
