| Who receives an alert when a client cancels. |
Client members cannot cancel their own online appointments. They have contact links in their
Personal Appointment Center should they need to request a cancellation, or they can call the business directly.
When a client does request a cancellation using the system contact form, that request is sent to the owner's personal inbox.
It is set up this way so that customers who might complain about services do not end up sending their complaint to the
inbox of a manager or employee.
We have left it up to the owner to forward e-mail from clients onto the business. Owners can configure their email forwarding as they see fit.
