A membership can be revoked. Members are expected to abide by the terms of
use agreement. If these terms are breached an administrators can terminate that membership.
As well, scheduling an appointment with a business member and then not honoring that appointment could
result in a strike against a client member.
A strike against a
client member means that a business has restricted that client from any further use of that business's online appointment book.
Three strikes against a client member will result in the automatic suspension of that membership.
