| Who will see client names in the online appointment book. |
The only person who can see actual names in the appointment book is the owner of that business
and their assigned manager. All others will only see the word BOOKED.
The owner and manager can also click on each name to view the appointment details and then return to their appointment book.
Or they can cancel the appointment and send a cancellation notice, send an e-mail to that client or go to their
Control Center.
Clients please be advised that when you book an appointment with a business you are granting that business limited access to your
personal information. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for information in regard to the use and storage of personal information.
