Absolutely. Booking an appointment online is no different than booking an
appointment by phone. Each business has provided this service as a convenience to their patrons. Cancelling an
appointment by phone or e-mail is simply good consumer practice.
Please be advised that business members have the tools to restrict clients who repeatedly book and then miss their
appointment. Repeat offenders will soon lose the privilege to book online because the business owner
will suspend or terminate that membership.
