| Why does MapQuest not open at my location. |
The MapQuest link on your business homepage will open a map for the business location, but owners control variables which may confuse MapQuest.
These variables can be adjusted in the Business Subscription Settings within your Control Center.
First, make sure you have entered the correct name of your city or town. Next, make sure you have entered the proper 5 digit zipcode (USA) or 6 character alphnumeric postal code (Canada).
Finally, your address must be a valid postal address. Make sure that you have entered a number with the street name. As well, do not include any special information in the address such as Key West Plaza or La Galleria Shopping Mall. Include that kind of special information on your banner or in your business message.
